  • One wallet for the whole account Credits belong to the account, not to a location. Your sites draw on one balance. Upload and storage ceilings stay per site, because storage is a fact about a location.
  • Top-up credits do not expire Credits bought as a top-up stay until they are spent. Credits included in a monthly allowance roll over once, up to the share your plan carries.
  • One rate, at every volume A monthly allowance and a top-up buy credits at the same rate. What a plan adds is rollover, automatic refill, queue priority and burst headroom, not a cheaper credit.

Priced per application, not per site: your locations draw on one balance, and a fifty-site company does not hold fifty separate conversations. The upload and storage ceilings on each card stay per site. Change allowance at any time.
